Refund Policy - JAK's Private Label Manufacturing

Thank you for choosing JAK's Private Label Manufacturing for your product needs. We strive to provide the best service and products to our clients. Please review our refund policy below:

For bookings and consultations, a cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a refund.


No-shows for appointments will not be eligible for a refund but will have the opportunity to reschedule within 24 hours before the initial appointment time.


Custom Formulations and Orders:

All custom formulations and orders are considered final once the production process has begun.
No refunds will be provided for custom formulations and orders.
In exceptional cases, where JAK's Private Label Manufacturing is unable to fulfill the order, a credit may be offered for use on future purchases.

 

JAK's Private Label Manufacturing Refund and Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our private label products, all sales are final. However, we prioritize product quality and client satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Contact us at shannon.jaksprivatelable@gmail.com with photographs of the damage for a return or exchange authorization.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please report it immediately. We require detailed documentation, including photographs of the damage, to facilitate claims with our shipping carriers. Please ensure you do not dispose of the damaged products until the claim has been resolved. For claims, email us at privatelabelclaims@gmail.com, and include your order number and photos. Claims should be made within 60 days of the shipping date. We will address each claim on a case-by-case basis, aiming to resolve it to your satisfaction by replacing the damaged items.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees. Cancellations beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted as production may have already commenced.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Refund Eligibility
If a refund is applicable, it will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you via email upon the receipt and inspection of your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days minus the original shipping and processing fees.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at privatelabelclaims@gmail.com.

Recommendations: 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Ensure the information you provide for shipping is accurate. Incorrect shipping information may incur a fee to cover the cost of address corrections or re-shipment.


Custom Orders
For custom formulations, please note that returns or cancellations are not possible once the order is in process due to the nature of these custom products.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to shannon.jaksprivatelable@gmail.com
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
Processing times for refunds may vary and are subject to the policies of the payment provider.


Rescheduling Appointments:

Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled appointment may reschedule up to 24 hours before the original appointment time.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are not applicable for orders with approved custom formulations.

  • Rescheduling opportunities for no-shows are limited to one instance per client.
